Chapter 6. Ask a friend
Only Rosa’s friends can help her now. She picks up her smartphone again:
“Rita, please, help me!”
“Rosa! What’s the matter?”
“I have to give my grandchildren lunch. But I can’t cook!”
“Rosa?… Rosa? I can’t hear you very well! I’m on the train. I’m going to the beach! Can we talk talk tomorrow?”
Rita ends the call.
Next, Rosa sends an SMS to another friend, Gemma:
“Help! My grandchildren are coming for lunch! What can I make? I’ve got lettuce, mussels, salami, bananas and mushrooms. Any ideas?”
Gemma replies immediately:
“Take them to a restaurant!”
Now, only Titti is left. Rosa calls her:
“The person you are calling is unavailable. Please leave a message.”
Oh, no!
